Monday night RUN track session - Thames Valley Athletics Centre

7pm - Track sessions are held at Thames Valley Athletics Centre in Eton College grounds, next to the Jubilee River. An ideal and controlled environment where focus is on drill and speed-work. These sessions are designed to enhance running form, efficiency and aid you in improving your 5k and 10k speeds. This will help build strength and improve recovery.

Tuesday morning SPIN – The Windsor Club

As Mark says... when you are part of his crew, this is not a spin class, we are all elite athletes! Tired of doing the run–of–the mill spin class? Then wake–up and start your day with Mark walking you through your heart–rate paces visualising the Windsor Tri route, Dorney Lake or Lanzarote. This session will build your heart rate, stronger legs and create a team spirit.

Tuesday night SWIM - Eton College Indoor Pool, Common Lane, Eton, SL4 6DW (download map/pdf)

8:45pm - Targeted for all abilities, this will improve your swimming technique and endurance. Members will be grouped according to your ability and great for beginners to build confidence in the water.

Wednesday night RUN - The Windsor Club

6:45pm for a 7pm start - running sessions are varied each week and we offer running groups according to ability:

Beginners - no previous running experience required. Our coaches will gently guide you safely through from 'can't run, won't run; to actually enjoying your running experience and ensuring that at the end of the Tri you still come in smiling...

Intermediates - perhaps you were fit once or even a runner, or have reached a level of running or fitness and want to develop this further - try this group to increase your performance by progressing both your speed and distance.

Advanced - join fellow runners and 'fitties' for longer distances, speed work and challenging routes. Our coaches have the routes and drills to keep you on your toes... and ensure you take on those races with confidence.

Thursday night SWIM - Eton College Indoor Pool, Common Lane, Eton, SL4 6DW (download map/pdf)

8:15pm - This session is for Intermediate to Advanced swimmers with the ability to swim at least 1000m up to 2500m. This session can help you take the next step from Sprint to Olympic or Olympic upwards. Drills and speed sets aims to build up your speed in the water. A great way to meet athletes from other triathlon clubs and share tips. These sessions cost £5 per person payable directly to the coaches on the night.

Friday night SPIN – The Windsor Club

Mark will take us through our paces starting with a cycle (not spin) class geared at learning how to work and sustain across various heart–rate levels.

Sunday Outdoor CYCLE - meet at The Bike Company

09.00 - Now meeting at The Bike Company.

Members are grouped according to your ability and great for beginners to build confidence out on road and learn to cycle as a peleton. Rides take place on Public roads as well as roads within the Windsor Great Park. Pace will be determined according to your group. Members MUST wear a cycle helmet and will not be permitted on the ride without it. Members must also commit to ensuring their bike is in good running order and carry essential puncture kit and mobile phone.

Novice support sessions will be held approximately every 4 weeks for members who are new to cycling and would like to build confidence with gears, brakes and cleats prior to riding out with a group. Please book these sessions in advance via Kevin. You can download our club cycling guidelines here.
